The modular designed Apin boiler is very compact and requires a minimum of space. Space is also saved when the control panel is factory installed.
HIGH STEAM QUALITY
The Apin Steam drum is sized to match the size of the unit. Each APIN Boiler is equipped with the appropriate steam internals for your application. Stable water level results in drier steam.
Complete waterwall membrane construction means less heat loss to the atmosphere and pressurized firing allows for better excess air control. Completely sealed combustion chamber with the appropriate expansion joints to prevent combustion leakage.
All APIN Boilers are Stainless Steel SA 304 jacketed for no paint or maintenance.
The Apin Boilers require very little upkeep with no baffles, hand holes to maintain. Since it is membrane sealed, no insulation or outer casing burn-out. Tube radius permits ease of tube cleaning. Rapid circulation keeps sludge and scale deposits to a minimum.
SAFETY AND COMBUSTION CONTROL SYSTEM
Apin designs and provides a flame failure safety controls system to suit all burner arrangements and satisfy insurance code requirements.
FACTORY INSTALLED BURNERS WITH CONTROLS
Many other package steam generators cannot be factory-checked because the burner is not made by the manufacturer. APIN designs, manufactures and install the Burner and Steam Generator and assumes full responsibility for the entire generator-burner control package. Apin Can also install and test fired well-known Burners from other Burner manufactures.
Apin designs and manufactures every modular components in the steam generator, burner, economizer, air heater, super-heater, heat recovery units so as to ensure entire customer satisfaction.
APIN was founded in 1946 and since that time , we have systematically built a highly motivated staff of experienced personnel. Our staff has in excess of 300 years of Boiler experience. This experience has been invaluable in completing 700+ Boilers in the 800 HP and above sizes.
APIN has designed and built boilers in “O” , “D” and “A” types , firing all types of fuels , Heat Exchangers , Economizers , Oil Heaters and other equipment related to the Heat Transfer Industry.
APIN has invested in an extensive computer library of process and mechanical design programs. These programs coupled with our experienced staff , enable APIN to offer innovative and competitive designs for all types of applications, as well as model existing designs. Use of these programs ensures quality of design , which is the first step in a fully functional Quality Assurance Program.
Maintain and upgrade the methods required to provide a product that meets or exceeds the client’s needs, Maintain continued contact with the client to assure their confidence in our ability to provide the required quality during engineering , procurement , fabrication and shipment. Maintain a reporting system within the company to provide the confidence to APIN management that the intended quality is achieved and APIN´s Manager of Engineering is in responsible charge for our QA policy and execution.
Maintain a Q.A. Department to verify that the vendor , as a standard practice, is providing a product that meets/exceeds the client’s technical specifications, and the Quality level required.
